Limits and allowances
Every limit on Profiled, in one place. These numbers are read from the same settings the product enforces, so this page changes when they do.
Visiting a profile
No account is needed to ask a candidate’s AI a question or to run a fit assessment. Limits are counted per internet connection.

Each profile also has its own allowance, shared by everyone who visits it, which depends on the candidate’s plan (see plans below). When a profile’s allowance is used up, its AI tools pause until the allowance renews.
Demo profiles
Demo profiles let you try Profiled on example candidates. Their allowances are per internet connection, shared across all demo profiles, and reset at midnight UTC. Trying a demo does not use up your allowance on real profiles.

The first 4 questions and 1 assessment a day are free. After that, a subscriber password unlocks the full daily allowance.
Each demo profile also has its own daily total, and all demos share an overall daily budget. If either is reached, demos pause until midnight UTC.
Plans
A candidate’s plan sets how many questions and assessments their profile can answer in total. The per-visitor limits above apply on every plan. Fit assessments you run on your own profile from Check a Job Fit in your dashboard count toward the same allowance.

- Voice session length
- Designed for up to 20 minutes, on every plan. A longer session is not cut off; the extra time counts toward your minutes.
Included voice minutes renew monthly, on annual plans too, and unused included minutes do not roll over. Top-up minutes last until the end of the billing period you bought them in (see the Terms, section 5.5).

Onboarding Journey
Candidates in the closed beta can earn additional Pro time by working through the Journey shown on their dashboard. Each step is something the product already records, so nothing is self-reported. Awards are cumulative bands: moving up to the next band adds the difference, never a second award.

Your set is fixed when your first award is made. Free profiles are measured against the Free set, which leaves out voice practice, and are capped at the Published figure; a paid plan or a referral reward is what moves you to the Pro set.
Program terms
These are the program terms referred to in section 12 of the Terms. Additional Pro time is complimentary time on your own account. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and is not credited or refunded against a paid plan. It is applied like this: if you hold complimentary Pro, your window is extended by the months earned; if you hold a referral reward, the time is applied after that reward ends; if you are on a paid plan, the time is deferred and applied as complimentary time only if your paid plan ends. One live award per account, within a program-wide budget; your own award and where it stands are shown on your Onboarding & Training page. Reviews on third-party sites, such as Trustpilot, are never part of the program and earn nothing. We may change or end the program prospectively with notice, and time already applied to your account stays applied.
